2021 is my 19th year in the business. I have lived in Utah since 1970-71 and am a long time Davis Co resident. My dad served in the US Air Force for 20 years. I’m grateful for being able to help so many families and friends (new and old) in this career. I pride myself in the business of being a REALTOR®, which has come to connote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations.
Credentials include: GRI – The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
Relocation Team – as one who is specially trained to assist in relocating employees, as well as individuals, and held to high-performance standards that ensure superior service.
Buying a property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it’s often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.
New technology, laws, procedures, and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. I minored in Languages, and I speak Spanish. Family is very important to me. I love to be outdoors when possible.

Marilee’s credentials include: PSA – Pricing Strategies Advisor, CNE – Certified Negotiation Expert, ASP – Accredited Staging Professional. She has been a part of Coldwell Banker’s Relocation team for many years and loves meeting and helping new and old clients.
When Marilee is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband Stan and her amazing children and their families.. Her hobbies include traveling and exploring our beautiful world, quilting, reading inspiring books and going on a walks with her grandson Wells!
